Food and Beverage under the direction of Executive Chef, Jeremy Beswarick influences the venue with his inspired flavours and use of innovative and healthy options. This inhouse team has a strong history of outstanding results, bolstered by its service team on a wide range of events. From a small boardroom collaboration to gala events, Chef Jeremy and his experienced team are ready to assist, all within easy reach of major centres.
With 25 years in fine dining and background in the fine arts, I bring creativity and culinary finesse to every dish. As the former Head Pastry Chef at the Admirabel Crichton in London, I catered for royalty and collaborated with culinary maestros. I've managed kitchens across Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and New Zealand, cooking for celebrities like the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Committed to sustainability, I'm passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering sustainable practices. Inspired by Logan's diverse cuisines, I lead a dedicated team, striving to elevate dining experiences with enthusiasm and creativity.
